Announcing its biggest business display product range to date and showcasing a host of new hardware and software solutions at the show, the company will also be announcing ambitious growth targets for the year ahead following an extremely successful 2016.
Toshiba’s growth momentum in its business display continued last year across its core verticals, most significantly in the retail, corporate and HoReCa sectors. Toshiba’s partners continue to play a central role in the company’s aggressive progress throughout Europe, with it now boasting 270 partners across the region – a rise of 35 per cent on last year.
With a focus on forging new relationships, as well as on customer-centric product innovation, revenues grew by 80 per cent year-on-year.
Aim for continued growth in 2017
On the back of continued success in 2016, ISE 2017 will see Toshiba announce new targets for the year ahead, with the company hoping to continue on its impressive trajectory and achieve 50 per cent revenue growth for the year.
Approaching its fourth year in the European business display market, the company is now in a position to build upon the strong platform it has put in place through developing a network of long-term strategic partner relationships across Europe. In 2017, its focus will be to drive growth, build on its comprehensive range of solutions as well as securing embedded signage and software partnerships.
“We have shown strong growth each year since entering the European business display market four years ago, and 2016 was extremely positive with us significantly increasing our footprint within the market,” said Go Inoue, Vice President Visual Solutions Business, Toshiba Europe GmbH. “Such results demonstrate the innovation and scope within our product range, which is testament to both the dedication of our team and valued support of our growing network of European partners. With this structure now firmly in place, we’re confident of taking this momentum into the year ahead – starting at ISE where we’re delighted to be showcasing the very latest in Toshiba’s business display solutions.”
Beyond hardware and software solutions, Toshiba will focus on ensuring it continues to offer customers fully customisable solutions that are tailored to fit their needs, as well as the consultancy and support needed in order to integrate these into the business.
